Till now 343people were given micro loans (Qarz-e-hasna) of 6,813,000/- In April 2009 AL-Khidmat Foundation district Gujrat called its first meeting in which the Executive Body decided that Al-Khidmat Foundation will not take any kind of processing Fee, Form fees, service charges or interest on Micro Credit, only the principal amount should be recovered in easy instalments from the borrowers. The areas where Units of AL-Khidmat Foundations are working from there if any person is desirous to get Qarz-e-hasna, will get with out any discrimination in creed and color, cast and tribe, and religion he can file his demand with application form along with his CNIC and with the copies Guarantors CNIC to the president of that particular unit. The president of the local unit after discussion with the local bodies sends it to the Tehsil President with strong opinions on it. The Tehsil President after receiving checks it, verifies it, if he is satisfied with the case then he signs it and sends it to Micro Finance Department to district office, authorities at district office verifies it and after verification, the out comes of the business are judged in respect of the Loanee, that is there any profitability there for him, or can he easily return our loan. Every month Micro Financing department arranges its meetings where new loans are discussed, verified and approved with mutual understanding, after that Cheque is disbursed in Masjid at the occasion of Cheque disbursement Prayer Hadith Mubarka is offered and the loanee is realized about his responsibilities in the society, due to which Amazing results and out comes are noted as these people are depositing their recoveries on time, instead they become the volunteers of Al-Khidmat Foundation and helping the needy and help less people, and also become a part of our vast, strong, and united net work. Alams and Sadqa are not included in Micro Finance Programme. In District Gujrat till now loans to unemployed people are given to start an honored and personal business, in this regard 343 loans are given which amounts to 6,813,000/-. Among these 185 loans have returned, which amount is 3,429,000/- Al-Khidmat foundation Appeals the business community and traders to donate in Al-Khidmat Foundations Micro Financing Scheme rather then donating to Professional Baggers. With the collaboration of Al-Khidmat Foundation make some one to start his business Al-Khidmat Foundation District Gujrat will cooperate in all aspects. Every Trade Union should think that Micro Financing as their National Duty and Plan for it, like wise a needy will stand on its feet’s and Professional Begging will also be discouraged.
